About Gareth Shoulder

Gareth Shoulder's love affair with magic began (unlike most first loves) at the world famous Hamley's Toy Store on Regent Street. Gareth's parents momentarily lost Gareth in the hustle and bustle of the London store only to find him assisting the in-store magician with a trick - it was this moment that changed Gareth's life forever and which seen him perform for TV stars, booked in exclusive nightclubs and entertaining people from all over the world.

Eight years later Gareth's grandfather attended a wedding where a table magician was performing that lived local to Gareth, after polite conversation the magician handed Gareth's grandfather a business card and suggested Gareth gets in contact with him.

When the two first met Gareth was an awkward shy teenager and the magician was a leading close up entertainer with over twenty years experience but under skilled guidance, Gareth remains forever indebted to the magician that has put Gareth on his way to becoming a world famous magician.

While studying for a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the University of Greenwich, Gareth would spend many hours a day not only studying the art of magic but building a successful career as a restaurant magician based on marketing and business principles that he learned during lectures.

Gareth is a proud member of the world famous and prestigious Magic Circle, Kent Magician's Guild and honoree member of the Inner Society of Swansea Magicians, Gareth Shoulder's magic is unlike no other and far from manipulating colourful handkerchiefs or sawing women in half, instead it is an award winning display of showmanship, misdirection and sleight of hand.
